By accessing or using NettMovies at https://nettmovies.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NettMovies offers tools to discover movies and TV shows, view information and promotional media (such as trailers), and in some cases follow links or embeds to third-party playback experiences. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Accounts

If you register or sign in, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass security or access controls;
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that overloads or interferes with the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits.

5. Content and intellectual property

Text, graphics, and software that we own are protected by intellectual property laws. Plot summaries, posters, and related metadata may be provided by third parties (including TMDB) under their licenses. NettMovies is not endorsed by TMDB. You may not remove attribution or marks where required by those licensors.

6. Third-party services and playback

Links and embedded players may take you to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We do not host video files for third-party streams. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content or players.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NettMovies AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms or the Service. We will post updated terms with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
